Preventive maintenance includes basic furnace and air-conditioner operational checks. Miguel can address repairs within his service scope; licensed or specialist HVAC work is identified and discussed before referral or additional work.

If routine maintenance uncovers a larger project, Miguel will review the punch list with you before preparing a proposal or proceeding at the plan’s transparent time-and-material rate.

This creates an awaiting-payment record in Miguel’s private vault. Zelle or Venmo payment is completed outside this website.
